March 07 SHMEC Financial Summary

Greeting Dear investors,

First I want to thank all of you for the thrust you put in our little corp. As you all know SHMEC growth slowly and we working hard to make sure your thrust in us worth it. Before I give away all the financial details , I want to let you know since all shares are sold and our income increase I will give 5,000 isk per share at mid month instead of the usual 2,000 isk.

Also this coming Sunday, we will get our first freighter, that should help a lot to increase our trade, production and minerals move. Also in the next month the corp should get at least 2 more Mackinaw and 2 more hulks. The Mackinaw will help to fulfill the new POS fuel contract we just got .

With all those new ships our mining potential should increase again. The end of month dividend will be 300,000,000 Isk, that is 50% of our net income for last month.

Now since our NAV per shares didnt hit the IPO price . SHMEC will buy back any share at IPO price( 650,000 Isk). If you wish to sell your shares back please contact me.

Also I will submit a vote to set the % of net profit going in dividend until our NAV per shares hit the IPO price. The choice will be

1- 25%
2-50%
3-75%

the dividend % will determine how long it will take to reach our IPO price.

Hello dear investors, most of you probably know I am an army guy, so i had to go away for 3 weeks that why if you looked for me you probably didnt find me. but now im back and please to announce our usual 2000 isk per share for mid month dividend but also all our public shares are now sold, the last batch was bought yesterday by Credaris investment corp.

Im back fast and furious with the goal to keep our NAV growing and also our dividends. im also planning to contact EGSEX to be listed that will help investors to trade our shares.

Also a full report will be publish at the end of month, same report as usual , so our investors will be able to see exactly how their shares worth.
